Amazing Product and Exceptional Customer Service - Thank you! I am writing you today to express my delight with the Norman blinds and Norman plantation shutters I have recently had installed in my home. I began my shopping process in June, shortly after my family moved into our newly constructed home in Mooresville, North Carolina. I knew I wanted wood blinds and shutters, so I searched the internet for local companies from which I wished to receive quotes. Bridge Mill Shutters was the third and final company I invited into my home. Jose Dominguez arrived on June 14th, measured my twenty six windows individually, and reviewed the features and options of the products with me. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and patience during my excessive questioning. I knew before he left my home that I wanted to place the order.

The blinds were installed first a couple of weeks ago and I am very pleased with their functionality and style. I really could not have chosen a better blind to accommodate the theme I envision for my home. Today my plantation shutters were installed and it felt like Christmas morning - I have been so excited to see the final product in my home! When Jose showed me the first shutter after installation, my heart melted and I fell in love with them. I waited with great anticipation for the remainder of the shutters to be installed and now I finally feel home. Jose did an amazing job with installation and was more than helpful during his tutorial of their features and operation.

Bridge Mill Shutter's has outstanding service. I had previously had plantation shutters put in another home and had doubts about putting more up when we bought our new home. My previous experience (with a different company) wasn't good. This time I went to Lowes first, thinking I would at least get shutters cheaper this time, around that time an advertisement came in the mail for Bridge Mill Shutters. I decided to have them come out and give a quote also to show my husband how much cheaper Lowes was in comparison. I called to set up an appointment, Pam came out the next day and was extremely knowledgeable about all the products available. I was impressed with her abilities but still positive Lowes would be the cheaper way to go. A day later my quote came in it was way cheaper than the Lowes quote and for a way better designed product than I would have received going through Lowes. I was given a 4-6 week time line for install. The installation went perfectly! We did have one reorder but it was just as hassle free as the first order and installation. Jose installed both times for me I was amazed at how quickly everything was installed and how perfect all the windows looked and functioned. I've had tons of compliments of how the shutters look like they were part of the original window design. I love them and have no regrets on my purchase it makes the house look complete.
